Instructors
The Instructors for the Detective School are subject matter experts in their field and come from agencies within Fairfield County and throughout the state. Municipal, state, and federal agencies are represented. The instructors are current Detectives, Special Agents, Attorneys, Medicolegal Investigators, Forensic Scientists, Professors, and an Anthropologist.


Current Instructors
Municipal Agencies: Bethel, Bridgeport, Darien, Greenwich, Norwalk, New Haven, Stamford, and Westport Police Departments
State Agencies: Connecticut Intelligence Center, Connecticut State Police, Department of Consumer Protection, Department of Correction, Division of Scientific Services, Office of the Chief Medical Examiner
Federal Agencies: ATF, DEA, FBI, HSI, US Marshalls Service, US Postal Inspector Service
Other entities: National Insurance Crime Bureau, University of New Haven
